James T. Miller, executive director for The Village Network (TVN) officially retired January 2013.Last word Miller has been with the agency for 27 years. Richard Graziano is the new CEO/President for TVN.

"Jim Miller has become a good friend to those of us who have worked with him during his tenure at The Village Network and he leaves a legacy of service that is an example to us all," said Marty Degnan TVN board chair. "I believe Jim will be best remembered for his unwavering focus on what was best for the young people entrusted to his care."
Before taking the helm at TVN, Miller was the Clinical Director and the Associate Director with direct oversight responsibilities of all programming and staff. Under his watchful eye, The Village Network has grown to multiple locations across the state with an annual operating budget of $30 million.
Miller's leadership accomplishments include the creation of TVN's treatment foster care programs and its day treatment programs. He initiated the agency's sexual offender treatment program in 1988 and in 2008 TVN was the first organization in Ohio certified for sexual offender treatment.
TVN underwent a name change from Boys' Village to The Village Network during Miller's tenure and successfully completed its first multi-project capital campaign resulting in the Gault Youth and Family Enrichment Center in 2006. In 2007, the Alliance for Children and Families named TVN Agency of the Year.
