Paxton to Speak on Investing in Health & Human Services

Advocates for Ohio's Future will convene a Community Conversation in Medina Friday, March 8, from 2 pm - 4 pm at the Medina County University Center, 6300 Technology Lane, Medina, OH. The conversation will focus on the importance of investing revenue in health and human services and will feature local leaders/stakeholders, representatives from statewide health and human services groups, lawmakers and interested citizens. The public is encouraged to attend.

Dave Paxton, Chief Strategy Office at The Village Network, is one of the local leaders selected to speak on the subject. Other leaders providing comments on the need to invest in health and human services at the state level are: Lisa Hamler-Fugitt, Ohio Association of Foodbanks; Will Petrik, Advocates for Ohio's Future; Sandy Calvert, Feeding Medina County; Seth Kujat, United Way of Medina County and Mead Wilkins, Medina County Department of Job and Family Services.
