MEDIA ADVISORY: New Horizons Campus of The Village Network Hosts Ribbon Cutting and Open House after Receiving $15K Donation from Belmont County Woman

Long-term Belmont County resident Mary Lee Powell generously donated $15,000 to replace the gymnasium floor at the New Horizons Campus of The Village Network in Bethesda, Ohio. To celebrate Powell and her donation, The Village Network will host a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house. During the ribbon cutting, a child will share his testimony about what the new gym floor means to him. Everyone will also have the opportunity to partake in a tour of the Bethesda campus, led by The Village Network youth, and receive a free boxed lunch from Riesbeck’s.

Employees of The Village Network will be available for interviews both before and after the ribbon cutting. Mark Ingles, southeast regional director at The Village Network, will introduce media to the youth speaker and any other children interested in talking to the media about the event.
