Families who have been assigned to The Village Network:
TVN Family Services is a child welfare managed care program that provides comprehensive, trauma-informed case management services for families involved with Franklin County Children Services. We work closely with each family to minimize risk by prioritizing family connections and building relationships.

WHO WE SERVE
TVN Family Services serves families involved with Franklin County Children Services due to abuse, neglect, status offenses, and delinquency.

As a managed care partner for Franklin County Children Services, TVN Family Services provides ongoing case management for families.
- Triple P is now offered as the official evidence-based parenting program for our families!
- Semi-Annual Reviews
- Monthly Home Visits
- Case Plan Reviews
- Referrals and Linkages to Community Based Resources
TVN Family Services partners with The Village Network’s Behavioral Health Programs to provide outpatient counseling, Intensive Home Based Treatment, and day treatment for problem sexual behavior. All children are provided the opportunity to participate in a CANS assessment to determine eligibility for OhioRISE services.
When needed and as a last resort, TVN Family Services accesses The Village Network’s out of home care services including foster care providers and residential treatment. In addition, TVN Family Services contracts with several local foster care and residential providers.
Kinship
TVN Family Services is committed to seeking kinship placements as the first option when a child or sibling group cannot remain with their parent. TVN Family Services provides an array of support services to help children remain in kinship placements. Please contact us if you are interested in becoming a Kinship Provider!
