The Village Network Recognized as Best-in-Class Employer by Gallagher

The Village Network has been named a Best-in-Class Employer by Gallagher! Gallagher’s Best-in-Class awards recognize employers that excel in supporting their employees’ physical, emotional, career and financial wellbeing for better organizational outcomes.

As part of their commitment to ensuring that The Village Network is a great place to work, the human resources team participated in Gallagher’s 2022 U.S. Benefits Strategy & Benchmarking Survey. After the results were tallied, The Village Network scored in the top quartile of large and midsize employers who participated across the United States.

As a U.S. Best-in-Class Employer, The Village Network was assigned points based on its relative performance in:

• Planning horizons for the benefits and compensation strategies
• Extent of their wellbeing strategy
• Turnover rate for full-time equivalents (FTEs)
• Completion of a workforce engagement survey
• Use of an HR technology strategy and its level of sophistication
• Difference in healthcare costs over the prior year
• Use of a communication strategy
