The Village Network Columbus to host Network(ing) & Hiring Extravaganza on April 28

April 12, 2022

The Village Network Columbus will be hosting a special Network(ing) & Hiring Extravaganza on Thursday, April 28 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m. at the Columbus office, 1751 East Long Street, Columbus (the former Volunteers of America Building).

Behavioral health professionals are invited to enjoy a free meal, learn about current opportunities at The Village Network in Columbus, meet members of the leadership team, interview on-the-spot, or schedule one for the near future. Free parking, door prizes and drawings will be available. Plus, five lucky attendees at each session won’t even have to pay for the gas to get there, because there will be drawing for $25 gas gift cards!

The Village Network is currently hiring for the following behavioral health positions:
• Clinical Therapists
• Care Coordinators
• Social Workers

Several of these positions are available due to The Village Network’s participation in the new OhioRISE program. The Village Network was recently selected by the Ohio Department of Medicaid and Aetna to serve as the Care Management Entity for Western Franklin County. This means The Village Network will be collaborating with community partners to ensure children with the most complex needs receive the right kind of care, in their hometowns, surrounded by families and communities they know and trust. For behavioral health professionals, this could be an opportunity to be a part of mental health innovation in Central Ohio.

The Village Network cares for their employees and offers incredible benefits, including:
• Great benefits, competitive salaries, and up to 272 hours (34 DAYS!) of PTO offered in the first year +6 paid holidays for fulltime employees.
• Innovative clinical training program and excellent safety record. We utilize Collaborative Problem Solving along with The Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics to addresses the individual needs of youth and their families.
• Tuition and Licensure reimbursement. Get help earning an advanced degree or get the supervision necessary to earn your independent licensure.
• Advancement opportunities: We’re growing and always aim to promote from within.

Plus, all new clinicians will receive a $3,000 signing bonus and care coordinators will receive a $1,500 signing bonus.
